Telephone issues

We’re currently experiencing technical problems with our phone lines, which may make it difficult to get through to the surgery. Our team is working with our phone provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your query is not urgent, please consider using our online services in the meantime. For urgent medical needs, please continue to seek help through NHS 111 or 999 in an emergency.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we get this fixed.

Test Results

Dr.iQ is now powered by Evergreen. This means that test results can be viewed in the Evergreen Life app.

Please make sure that you only use the links or QR codes on this page to download the Evergreen Life app if you are registered at John Smith Medical Centre.

If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.

Once we have reviewed your test results, you can view them in your Evergreen Life app or NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App).
